Buy the Mac app once, or choose a subscription with included AI editing credits when subscriptions launch. The offers are separate. A subscription is not required to keep an existing Mac license.
ONE-TIME SOFTWARE LICENSE
EditnShip for Mac

Try the Mac app for 14 days, with no card or account needed to start. The one-time license includes the Mac editor's features, regular updates and use on the Macs you sign in on. Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later are required.
The Mac license does not include a recurring AI-credit allowance. Local editing does not require an AI key. If you use your own AI-provider key, that provider bills you separately.
After the Mac trial, the app keeps working; exports carry a small “Made with EditnShip” line until you buy. Existing purchases and license rights are unchanged.

All subscription plans include the same EditnShip features: chat and transcript editing, captions, audio cleanup, design tools, exports, YouTube publishing and Auto Post. Only the included AI editing-credit allowance differs. Subscription feature access lasts for the subscription period; the separate $29 license remains a one-time Mac offer.

How the credits work
- One Shipmate editing request that changes your document costs one credit, even when it uses several internal AI calls.
- Read-only answers, no-op requests and wholly failed edits do not use credits. A request that already applied an edit still uses one credit if a later action fails.
- The planned subscription trial lasts seven days and includes ten credits, once per account. This is separate from the 14-day Mac trial.
- Monthly credits reset for each new paid monthly period. Yearly credits are issued for the full year upfront and expire at the end of that yearly period. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Credits are editing units, not money. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
Billing and cancellation
All listed prices are USD. Applicable tax treatment and the final amount will be shown before purchase. A monthly plan renews monthly; a yearly plan charges the stated yearly total upfront and renews yearly until canceled.
When live subscriptions launch, Paddle will handle their checkout and billing. A payment method will be required for the seven-day subscription trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge. Paid subscriptions can be canceled through the Paddle buyer portal or Paddle support; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation is not automatically a refund.
Subscription refund requests follow our refund and cancellation policy. This does not change the separate Mac refund promise or your mandatory consumer rights.
