Refunds and cancellation

The one-time Mac license and AI-credit subscriptions are separate offers. Your receipt identifies the product and payment partner for your purchase.
The $29 Mac license
We keep the existing promise: a full refund requested within 14 days of buying the Mac license, without usage conditions. Email [email protected] from the purchase address and include the order reference if available. Your projects remain yours; a refunded Mac license returns to the app's trial/unlicensed mode.
If Paddle processed the purchase, use the receipt's support route or Paddle support as well; the payment partner processes the refund. Existing buyers keep any more favorable rights promised when they purchased.
AI-credit subscriptions through Paddle
Live subscription checkout is not open yet. When it launches, subscription refund requests will follow Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, rather than the separate Mac guarantee.
Paddle reviews requests individually and may approve a full or partial refund, or decline a discretionary request. Asking within 14 days of a transaction does not guarantee approval. Mandatory consumer rights, including eligible withdrawal and defective-product remedies, are unaffected; we do not replace them with an “unused credits only” condition.
Request a subscription refund through the support link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Describe the issue and identify the purchase. For product or technical problems, contact [email protected] too. Paddle handles the payment refund; we do not ask you to provide a new card or make another payment to receive one.
Stopping renewal
Use the Paddle buyer portal link in your subscription confirmation email, or ask Paddle support to cancel. Cancel before the seven-day subscription trial ends to avoid its first charge. A normal paid cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect when the current paid period ends; it is not automatically a refund.
Monthly credits expire with the monthly period. Yearly credits are supplied upfront and expire with the yearly period. Canceling an AI-credit plan does not cancel a separately purchased Mac license or delete your projects. An approved refund can end the subscription access covered by that purchase.
Rights and help
Your local consumer-protection rights and any more favorable purchase promise remain in force. The applicable Paddle policies and law determine payment-related rights, processing and remedies. If you are unsure which offer you bought, send the order reference to [email protected]. Never send full card details or security codes.
